The Soil Association Food for Life
The Food for Life Scotland programme is a widely respected and independently assessed scheme led by Soil Association Scotland & funded by Scottish Government.
It provides a framework through which food providers can ensure they are serving food that鈥檚 good for health, the environment and the economy. This is done by following a set of standards to achieve the Food for Life Served Here award at Bronze, Silver or Gold level.
The Food for Life Served Here principals are:
- Fresh food you can trust
- Making healthy eating easy
- Sourcing environmentally sustainable and ethical food
- Championing local food producers
BaxterStorey will deliver Bronze Standard accreditation in 2024 and look to achieve Silver in 2025.
